What kind of adhesive should I use?
For our traditional wallpapers, we recommend a high-quality wallpaper paste suitable for non-woven or thick wallpapers. It offers excellent hold and allows for repositioning during application.
How should I prep the wall?
Your wall should be clean, dry, smooth, and preferably white. A light-colored base ensures the best color rendering. Avoid installing on dark or textured surfaces.
Is the wallpaper fragile once installed?
No. Once it's dry, the wallpaper is durable and can be gently wiped with a damp sponge. It’s made to last for years without fading or peeling.
Can I remove it easily later?

What type of material will I receive?
We print on high-end non-woven wallpaper—thick, matte, and easy to apply. You can also choose a peel-and-stick finish for even simpler installation.

How long does printing take?
All our wallpapers are printed on demand within 2 to 4 business days. This ensures both quality and customization tailored to your space.
What are the shipping times?
Delivery takes 6 to 8 business days after printing, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as it's shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production starts and cancellation may not be possible. Contact our customer support as soon as possible if needed.

What if I made a mistake with the measurements?
Reach out to us! While custom-made products are not usually refundable, we assess each case individually and may offer a discounted reprint.
What if there’s a printing defect?
If your wallpaper arrives with a visible flaw, send us a few photos. We’ll reprint and resend your order at no cost—guaranteed.
Can I return my wallpaper?
Due to the made-to-order nature, returns are only accepted for quality issues or printing errors. Contact us with details and we’ll take care of it promptly.
